This is a promotion to win Xbox Series S Consoles, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriptions as well as 2XP and In-Game Content with every bottle.

This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom & Ireland aged 18 or over.

Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, participants need to purchase a promotional Lucozade Energy product and scan the QR code on pack to enter. Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase when contacted by the Promoter (excluding Northern Ireland). Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.

No purchase necessary for Northern Ireland entrants.

Entrants must retain the proof of purchase/receipt.

Entrants must be of resident and visiting the promotion microsite from a legible and participating country (Great Britain, Northern Ireland, or Republic of Ireland). Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the promotion microsite outside of the legible and participating countries.

The "entrant" is defined as the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.

The Promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on the 04/05/2022. All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) on the 12/08/2022 (the "Closing Date").

The 'Wrap Up Draw' open on 00:01 (UK Time) on the 13/08/2022. All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) on 12/11/2022 (the "Wrap Up Closing Date").

Entrants take part in a guaranteed winning moment (instant win) promotion.

Entrants who provide valid details and/or answer correctly, will be deemed as an eligible entrant. These are as follows;

If no one enters during a pre-allocated winning moment, then the next entrant on that day will win the prize.

If there are no entries on a complete day during the promotional period, prizes will queue and roll over to the next day/winning moment.

All prizes are guaranteed to be won. For instance, if there were no entries in a complete day of the promotion being opened, the prizes allocated from that day will roll over to the next day, up until the promotion closing date, awaiting the time an entrant enters and the prizes are won.

Winners will be selected through a daily winning moments prize draw from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the promotion Closing Date.

Entrants will be notified immediately whether they have won on the landing page and will be required to provide or confirm their contact and delivery details.

All eligible entrants will receive 2XP and Two Items of In-Game Content for Halo Infinite;

All eligible entrants may be asked for proof of purchase at their third (3rd) entry within a single day. Entrants must complete the proof of purchase request before being able to claim the remaining 7x 2XP for that day.

In the event a winner was unable to provide or confirm their contact and delivery details after being allocated a winning moment, the winner will be contacted by email within one (1) working day of their allocation, using the email address provided by the winner at time of entering. This will be the winners prize claim reminder email. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

Winners are required to submit their prize claim within a 10 day period, from the date on which the winner received their 'winner' in-page notification during entry, or winner prize claim reminder email.

If a prize claim is being made through the prize claim reminder email, the winners claim must be submitted through the provided URL within the reminder email. Any failure to do this by the winner, or failure to complete a prize claim within ten (10) days of receiving the prize claim reminder email, shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter of possible loss of prize allocation.

The winners will receive their claimed prizes within 60 working days of providing their proof of purchase to the Promoter excluding NI, if required to do so when notified. Alternatively, the winners will receive their prizes within 60 working days of the Promoter notifying them.

The prizes for the main promotion include: (One) 1 of (One Hundred and One) 101 Xbox Series S consoles, (One) 1 of (One Hundred and One) 101 12-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate tokens and every bottle offers in-game content for Halo Infinite. Double XP is gifted with every pack up to 120 total per customer (120 hours).

2 pieces of In-Game content to be redeemed across the first and second purchase, once redeemed there is no more. 2XP limited at 10 codes per person per day, 120 codes per person over the entirety of the promotion.

Prizes for the 'Wrap Up Draw' are 2 x £150 cash prizes, 1 x £150 for UK and 1 x £150 for ROI.

Cash prizes for 'Wrap Up Draw' will be awarded to winners via bank transfer.

Cash prize won by an entrant from ROI, it is the ROI winner's responsibility to exchange this cash prize into the local Euro currency. The exchange rate at the time of winning is not something which the promoter can control. The Promoter not responsible for incurring any exchange rate fees which are deducted from the prize total.

Please note that the prize(s) do not include anything other than what has been stated above.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, or for reasons outside of the Promoters control. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of thereof) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next two paragraphs. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your Entry. If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The judge's and Promoter's decisions are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or un-sportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

All Entries are subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.

If you have opted in, the Promoter (and their respective business partners if applicable) may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by post, email and/or SMS.

The winner(s) agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter's request.

This Promotion, these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the prize(s)), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions (including the prize(s)).
